Injunction Teams

Evidence gathering remains one of the key elements in any labour dispute or illegal demonstration. Our Investigators are trained to use 35mm photography, video surveillance, report writing and evidence continuity for the purpose of pressing criminal charges and/or obtaining court injunctions. The presence of photographic equipment has proven itself to be an effective method of diffusing volatile situations and deterring illegal acts.

Teams are available for each facility or on a mobile patrol basis, responding to areas of concern on an as needed basis.
