Access control for facilities experiencing a labour dispute is an area that CSM can confidently assist with. Our Access Control Personnel have training and experience in assisting Management and Non-Striking Personnel to safely cross picket lines. The presence of our trained Access Control Teams has proven itself to be an effective method of diffusing volatile situations and deterring illegal acts.
